Can we customize our own Menu?
We are very flexible with menu choices and are
willing to try new dishes upon request. If at
all possible we will do our best to make our dishes
the way you prefer them. We use the freshest possible
ingredients and prepare most everything from scratch.
What does your pricing include?
Our prices include delivery, setup of a traditional
buffet line, as well as clean up of our equipment.
Pricing is based on the usual amenities. Platted
dinners will be priced separately depending on
how many servers are required. The number of staff
is proportionate to the number of guests and type
of meal. Servers will be charged separately at
a reasonable hourly rate.
What size are your portions?
At Atomic we believe in providing our clients
with ample portions of food. We will gladly discuss
with you the amount of food we are planning to
provide.
What happens to the leftovers?
We always prepare and bring a little extra just
in case. When the event is completed, we will
package up any leftover food up to amount paid
for, providing you supply the to- go containers.
We can leave them with you if adequate refrigeration
is available. Any extra food (over the amount
purchased) brought, but not consumed, will be
retained by us.
How do you schedule your events?
We limit the number of events we handle on any
given day. This policy ensures that our clients
may be assured of always receiving the ultimate
in quality and service.
Is a deposit required?
To reserve your event date, we require a 25% non-refundable
deposit that will be taken off the final bill.
Ten (10) days before your event we require an
additional 50%. The balance is due at the conclusion
of your event.
Does the price include gratuity?
Gratuities is not required, but are graciously
accepted and appreciated by the staff.Rentals:
We have a limited amount of rental items available.
Also, we can arrange for rentals from local vendors.
Do we have a Catering Facility?
Yes we have a facility that we can host an event
for approximately 200 people at a sit-down event,
or 400 people for a cocktail event.
Do you have your own linens?
We do not own any linens, but we can order linen
from our linen company at a cost lower than most
rental companies will provide. There are a wide
variety of colors and types of linen available.
Can we arrange for rentals?
We have a limited selection of china, flatware
and glassware. However, we can make all the necessary
arrangements for your entire rental needs. Depending
upon the occasion, we also have high quality disposables
available.
Who does the room and table decorations?
The client usually does these, but we are always
available to provide suggestions.
Who takes care of the Buffet table decorations?
The client usually will provide any flowers for
the buffet and beverage tables.
Who prepares the floor plans and itineraries?
A floor plan and itinerary are completed at one
of the coordination meetings you will have with
us.
Who sets up all the tables and chairs?
The client will usually have the tables set up
before we arrive but, occasionally, the client
will hire us to handle the set up. The cost is
listed our extra costs sheet. All on-site functions
are set up and broken down by our staff. Do you
offer childrens menus?There are a wide variety
of childrens menus to choose from.
