When you decide to book Atomic Catering for your wedding, we’ll provide you a personal consultation with one of our expert wedding coordinators. Together, you’ll plan a customized menu and event plan that covers all aspects of your wedding’s food and beverage service.

Your personal Rhode Island wedding coordinator can also help you:

• Arrange for a wedding photographer or videographer
• Coordinate transportation
• Plan for rental items (tables, chairs, tents, china, flatware and glassware)

To get started, contact Atomic Catering and let us know a little about your upcoming wedding. We’ll arrange a meeting with our wedding coordinator that fits into your busy schedule.

After you’ve met with our wedding coordinator, we’ll provide you with an informal proposal outlining pricing, rental estimates, décor packages and a sample wedding menu. The informal proposal can be revised until you’re completely satisfied with all the details; then we’ll move on to the formal proposal.

When you’ve approved our formal wedding proposal, we’ll set up a personalized tasting for you and up to three of your guests. We’ll delight you with a sampling of items from the wedding menu you’ve chosen (and surprise you with a few you haven’t chosen to demonstrate the expertise of our chefs).

Once you’ve sampled our wedding cuisine and choose to work with Atomic Catering, we’ll move forward by developing a clearly-outlined contract that guarantees we’ll meet all your expectations and provide the outstanding service and delectable cuisine we’re famous for.

On your wedding day, our staff will be there to provide you and your guests with discrete, personalized attention and superior service.
